This A2/B1 Italian course is designed for adult learners who want to communicate more confidently in Italian and feel at ease in everyday situations, whether travelling in Italy, enjoying a cultural stay, or simply deepening their knowledge of the language.
As an A2.2+ course, it serves as a bridge between A2 and B1, helping you consolidate what you already know while preparing for more independent communication in Italian.
Learn through real-life situations
Together we will explore Italy through the situations travellers and residents encounter every day: planning a holiday, buying train tickets, asking for information, speaking with a doctor, shopping at local markets, discussing food and eating habits, following the news, understanding television programmes, and talking about work, future plans, and personal experiences.
Through authentic dialogues, practical activities, and realistic scenarios, you will strengthen your listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills while expanding your vocabulary and improving grammatical accuracy.
Develop confidence through communication
The course combines conversation practice with structured grammar work, helping you move beyond basic communication and become more confident, accurate, and independent users of Italian.
Lessons focus on meaningful communication, allowing you to use Italian actively while developing the language skills needed for more complex interactions and discussions.
Learn with a native Italian teacher
Classes are taught by Nomad Teacher_Giovanna, a qualified native Italian teacher with extensive experience teaching adult learners.
Italian is the main language used during the lessons, helping you become more comfortable with authentic communication. Guidance, explanations, and personalised feedback are provided throughout the course to support your progress and build confidence.
Small groups, active participation
Classes are taught in small groups, allowing plenty of opportunities to participate actively, practise speaking, and receive personalised feedback from the teacher.
Expect interactive lessons, practical communication, useful vocabulary, and plenty of opportunities to use Italian in meaningful and realistic contexts.
This course is suitable for you if

☛ you have studied Italian at B1 level before and would like to refresh and strengthen your skills;
☛ you want to move from basic communication towards greater independence and confidence;

Your Italian Teacher
You will be learning Italian with Nomad Teacher Giovanna, qualified and experienced language teacher, and native Italian speaker.
