Italiano nella Puglia rurale is back!
After two years of pandemic break, we are thrilled to invite you again to Santeramo in Colle, Puglia, Nomad Teacher Giovanna’s hometown and Nomad Teacher Peter’s second home.
Italiano nella Puglia rurale is not an ordinary language course in Italy, it is a door that leads you into authentic South Italian life and culture. It’s a multisensorial experience that makes you taste the true flavors, the flavors of the Apulian earth, and makes you meet the people who take care of their land with love.
Become more confident in speaking Italian
While being captivated by the flavors and people of Puglia, Nomad Teacher Giovanna will take care of your Italian with informal lessons, often outside the classroom, and fully integrated into the town life, cooking workshops, and excursions. You will learn many things about Puglia, you will meet the locals, you will experience intense flavors and you will not even realize that you are learning!
Language trips to Puglia summer 2022
This summer we have got you covered with four language trips in June and September divided per level of Italian:
☛ If you don’t speak Italian at all but would like to start a language learning adventure with an authentic experience, in the beginners course we start from zero.
☛ The elementary course is perfect for you if you know the basics of Italian (perhaps you attended A1/A2 courses). No matter how limited your Italian might be, you will enjoy interacting with people and putting into practice what you know with the support of Nomad Teachers.
☛ If you speak Italian freely enough (from level A2/B1 onwards), come and join the advanced group. You will enjoy the countless opportunities on this trip to learn about Puglia and interact with locals.

The pugliesi are helpful and have a lot of patience with you. So order an ‘amazzacaffè’ in your best Italian or buy ‘un chilo di uva senza semi’ at the market.”
