Are you ready to make filled pasta in beautiful shapes and unleash your creativity? Come and join this pasta workshop: starting from simple geometric shapes such as circles and squares we'll be working on the folding techniques to create traditional types of filled pasta such as pansotti and casoncelli. And there’s even more: you are also going to create your own personal shape of pasta, how marvelous is that?
You’ll be immersing yourself in the cooking vocabulary and in the love for pasta-making in a relaxed atmosphere.
This workshop is suitable for you if:
☛ you understand and speak Italian, quite or very well, it’s always fine;
☛ you want to practice your listening and speaking skills in Italian while learning more cooking vocabulary and cultural aspects of Italy in a relaxed atmosphere;
☛ want to make pasta! =)

We will send you an email with the ingredients and tools you need for the workshop: they are only a few ingredients, cheap and easy to get; the main tool is your hands and for the rest, we will tell you how to use what you already have in your house.
Your Teachers
You will be learning Italian with Nomad Teacher Giovanna, qualified and experienced language teacher, and native Italian speaker.
You’ll be making pasta with Chiara Dellerba, artist and curator, and native Italian speaker.
